Hi! How is the assessment like for the graduate trainee program? How many stages of interview are there? What is the salary like?

Besides that, the work hours is according to UK and US time. So let say if you get US time, it means that you go to work at night and leave in the morning?

Hope to hear from you.

Thanks!:)

Hi,

It's a new programme there that they're starting this August. I'm one of those who were interviewed as a pilot for the project... There are 3 stages that we had to go through but it could've changed in the mean time. There was an online assessment of questions ranging from a few topics (basic stuff such as English, Maths and problem solving and so on). After that would be the interview and after you pass that is the final interview... They want 20 people for the programme and so far, I haven't heard of anyone new joining the programme just yet (maybe the bulk will join in August).

Most of the overseas normal working hours are from 11am to 8pm. During month-end closing, it would vary based on the region/country. For UK-closing, its from 3pm to about 11pm (transport to and fro provided). For US, like you said, come in night and leave in the morning (I am not sure on this one as I have not had the chance to join the US team yet).

Personally, I like the working environment. The office layout (big tables and not cubicle type) and the people there are quite friendly.

Tips for the interview, show that you are really keen to work in the company. The questions are not that mind-blowing as you might think.
