when wanna purchase something, provide good SERVICe,
when u tell them , i wanna send warranty, ask u to wait at there for 20 minutes only come to "entertain" u.

is there list of bad shop in lowyat that others should avoid? save our time when shopping.

Akupun pernah kena tahun lepas. Beli 1 set pentium 4 dalam harga 4k. complete set la pc system. Aku buyer dr TRG. Bila buat balik barang.. tgk-tgk SAMSUNG CDRW COMBO tak ada. Entah sapa bedal. technician dia ke sapa. Nak call serba salah jauh. tambang bas dah berapa. Last2 buat tak tau je la. Dalam resit ada tu. Tp sabar sabar.

Harap2 saap2 yg beli SRI COmputer tu double check sebelum terima barang. kekeke..

lain kali kena berhatihati loh, kalau tak , u yang rugi.

ya..sri computer is ass lah..i oso got one experience..last monday one to buy a CPU mother board n ram.think want to buy the kaw2 wan lah..but the salesmen treat me like i have no money..f*** them lah..last2 buy at other shop...

Went there last year looking for company supplies....too bad they didn't bother to layan me and busy talking to each other....in the end, bought 5 lcds @some other shop and some stuff at ALL IT..

i only get some accessories from sri com, something like fans, game pad, dvd r...their staff really look u down 1...if u wear shortpant and normal t-shirt, i bet they wont layan u 1...but, please remember, once the customers have bad experience, u will lose the customers..

like that la .... last year i wear like that la... somemore, my face look like budak sekolah one... wanna buy IP4000 printer, which is around RM500-RM550 at that time, but this happen in jayacom.... i ask for discount.... so, they gave me la.... maybe they assume i've no money & just wanna do window shopping... than i agree wif that price, i kluarkan money and then the staff look like terkejut , and ask their (maybe) supervisor for that low price .... and then, terpaksa la jual that printer dgn harga agak murah.... hahhahahhahah

When going into SRI Comp, do not bring ur bag in.... or they will hog u like a criminal.... For me its simple, if cannot bring in bag, just say so lar... no need to hog us.... what a *tut*....

i have never bought anything from that shop with the price of more than rm50 lolol treat customer like S*IT and wanna see their face color somemore they dunno who's the 1 that paying their salary lolol.

I bought a UPS from them.. the guy was friendly and explained why I should get the one I got. My friend bought a Rm 200 altec lancing headphones.. We're quite happy with our purchases... but since I'm a newbie to KL / Lowyat... I'll be shopping around at other stores too to see if any difference.

cause if it is. thn the side wher thy sell cd/dvd drivers hardwares.. damn tulan.. got one chinese dude.. ask him to see the hardware also he already show muka panjang. ask me see for wat.. i said i want to see..!!!! thn he reluctantly bring it.. if he reads this. hope he knows who he is. cause i told him off.. i said pls smile next time!!!.. next time i go there he still treats people like tat.. serious. whn he goes back tmr he dont dare go to work already/
