as my experiences, i bought the whole set computer n also a printer there. i doesnt buy at the same time, is different time....

the staff's attitude over there.......first time is OK, when ask them something like wat is the different of this n tat, they always take the one "expensive one better" or "different brand" reply to my question.....tat common sense i also understand la...just wanna know y the same item with differetn brand deserve higher price....as well asking the motherboard, also can give this kind answer, how can it be the same?

second time is when i wanna buy printer.....after walkthrough entire Low yat and saw the price at Sri Computer is slidely cheaper a bit then only go there, all of them r like "BUSY" n "NON of your business", standing there for so long n ask u to wait wait n wait.............this kind of attitude..........Good business doesnt mean can provide good service.

i willing to go there is because "it is cheaper for certain item" since they purchase items in the big BULK, but of coz many times other places also could be cheaper. if All IT n Sri Com selling a thing at the same price, i will go All IT....i dont mind to walking more steps to there....

but i also believe the Bad Service also happens on other SHOP in the low yat.......

when wanna purchase something, provide good SERVICe,
when u tell them , i wanna send warranty, ask u to wait at there for 20 minutes only come to "entertain" u.
