Sri 's shop too crowded lar.If place a hot chick,I couldn't imagine lor.Those wanna buy ,dun buy.Those dun buy ,will buy without think at all.But mar if they go home,they also dunno what happened to themselves and keep asking why I bought this item what for ?

Oh,fat dude replaced the same person (He was busy mah) and this incident happened.Pity for that old salesaman who handed less than 3 months.
Can't say like that, my freind The deal is oledi taken place lar.
Sometimes was the salesman irresponsibility without the consent from the boss and resulted the shop owner has to beared the bad reputation.

True.One salesman degrade the whole basket.Very hard to make sure all the salesman treat customer nicely and fairly.

Sometimes, salesman also not equiped with enough knowledge.Maybe some salesmans also dunno there is an article advertised in the newspaper.So lor,they hope customer dunno anything.

Very risky.Coz once customer know,the shop will lose the business in the long run.

I have a suggestion
Why not make a poll and let forumers decide how to gain more awareness of the public and more people visit lowyat.net ?

Think out the contribution in terms of leaflet /brochure etc even newspaper advertise lowyat.net to the public.

I just feel very "rugi " for the consumer as Lowyat has many good and expertise forumers who can give a very good advise and contructive opinion to the ignorant consumers that might be became a victim when buying computer products at any place.

Maybe this work the other way round and work out the solution to this thread and future thread and also improve the sales and services for Malaysia computer industry.

My opinion : Sometimes customers walked in and they asked about the price straight to the person who was so busy and worst still that person is not in the salesline.

My question is from the customer point of view,it may seem that the person is lansi.but if the siuation I described above,how ler ?

Let say,the person if from account dept.U know lar,acc people very kaku type and dun like talk much

U think ,I think ,we think why like this could happpened ?
It signalled me that their shop experienced some "items" lost or had this experienced for uncounted time.

Now they are taking precaution,I believe.They have problems unseen. However,sometimes human made errors mar.But some actions should be taken to encounter the inconvenience cause to ur as a smart customer.

Not really apply to all lar .
Maybe for a shop too crowded, u can say so.
Let me tell u one experienced here.We used our CCTV and able to get a thief who stole one of our staff's H/P .

We know one of inspector that regularly came to our shop.We asked him for help with the prove of C.C.T.V.

That kind inspector called the thief and said to him " U can go into jail anytime ,I give u time to return back to his owner later by today". And the thief very soon asked his freind help by delivery back to our staff.

The thief is a freind to our old cutomer who supported us nearly 7years.

The gal from the counter u sure is salesgirl ? Sri does have gal for accounting and sit in the counter ler just to receive the money as I know, Am I wrong ? If she every day sit over there ,sure she learn to do a little sales, maybe u think she is a salesgirl but actually is in charge account ?

On my opinion,any newbie as long as stand in frond of the counter sales regardless he/she work in any computer shop, would know how to do sales even in just one day as the price at LYP is quiet similar, easy to follow etc.Base on this, one shop's owner can simply find new employee .

From here, there is why many companies can hire part-timer with experience or non-experience to base at PC Fair.So,they need is people hand to do job only.
