Richard Tan was born with a genetic disorder. His body some how produces too much GH. Even when he was young he looked much older than his age. His muscles grew very fast and he had world class calves. I think it could be this problem that caused his premature death.

BB in Malaysia is a dead end road. Even a dog makes more cash prize in winning a Doggie Competition.

I have a Teh tarik with my friends last week one whom is a pharmacist, according to him, my diet(or BodyBuidling diet, you you and you) are not healthy.....

A pharmacist is a licensed drug pusher. His/ her knowledge in nutrition is limited to mainstream nutrition where it is flawed.

Sad case. Some ppl said he's given and during his young age, his body was awesome. Never met him personnally but it's been a topic in the gym this couple of day.

I don't know him personally. I have seen him in many competitions and also at my friend's gym. I still keep his photos in Mr Malaysia.
He was a light heavy weight bb, always competing against Frankie Chin. Some of you guys are too young to know them.

In the olden days body builders hit one body part twice a week. Nowadays most train one body part once a week.
Results are the same or even better due to better recovery.

Kinda depends on the volume/intensity, doesn't it? For a natural trainee, if he goes all out balls to the wall on a muscle group, twice a week probably would be counterproductive, but lower volume 2/3 times a week could give some progress. Amirite?
No. If you stop training for years and your diet becomes crap, you'll lose muscle mass and gain fat. You just gain one and lose the other, they don't change into each other.
Yeah, genetics determines the insertion points of your muscles. I've got high insertion points for my lats and low insertion points for my traps.  shakehead.gif

Oh yes, I was referring to if he trained like a bodybuilder.
