hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. this forum is fun. seeing how everyone is expecting huge gains in 2 months or less. even those who just started. this will only leads to quitting out of dissappoinment after seeing no gains in 6 months or less..
so, heres a key to success, lower ur expectation n increase ur consistency on the key elements to bb. then u might get somewhere... i aint sayin anywhere.. but somewhere...
lol. just what i said to my friend who just started going to gym. i'm on my 6 months, and i don't b**** about my chest size, my arm size etc (though some guys said that i have the genetics. ).
lol. at first my gf warn me when i first started going to gym; she don't want me to get too big. but one time when we were on date, we saw a really buffed guy. surprisingly, my gf said:
"lawa jugak kalau badan macam tu. u buatla macam tu". lol. GREENLIGHT!
My GF initially nearly went all ballistic and crazy at the thought of me turning into something like a pro BBer. I dunno how people get this perception, though, that if you just go to the gym a couple of times you get all huge and ripped.
Anyway, I made it clear I don't intend to stop bodybuilding and I plan on getting as big as I possibly can, and she eventually accepted that fact.

the main part at my body that is purely lacking are my biceps i think. it's the hardest part to grow for me. genetics perhaps, as i have small arms before.
after been adviced here, i tried to do only 3 exercises for my biceps, 3 reps each (6-8 reps). been changing routine every 3 weeks as i still can't find the best routine. tried hammer, preacher, bb curls, cable curls, and a lot more.
Lol.actually she saw me opening the progress pic thread before, and theres bro darkie pics on it.but yeah,ripped big guy is not a common everyday event in malaysia tho.
