For 4G9X, just get Toyota Super Charger Piston same, can get lower compression.

Get ACL Bearing & Screw at least internal is strong enough and lower compression can get higher boost.

Normally about 200 plus for recon. But my foreman told me recon easily will spoilt again, very fast. He recommend to find at half cut shop, that one normally can last long.

i saw at meter got write VDO mean carb or injection? it doesnt vibrate like hell just not normal lah compare to other car =P hard to explain >.< let say vibrate like engine want to die, something like dats la 

it's time for FICD solution. just do 1 time, problem free forever.
ISC kong is never ending. if lucky just change ISC isnt it, if the holding hole there kena makan.. the whole throttle body need to be change.. although the taiwan version is cheap and reliable.. but still need few hundreds to get it. FICD just need rm100 (parts and labour) can settle jor.

ISC is the idle speed control valve... senang cerita, the plastic gears in throttle body.
FICD is fast idle control device... senang cerita, solenoid valve that open up to let more air going into it.

hmm.. i didnt disable it... i just bought a FICD from halfcut, then go to accesories shop, and instruct the ppl there to 'tap' the compressor 'live' wire and connect the air hose from air intake (after air filter) and then T joint back into the manifold. tuning... just use screw driver and turn here and there and get the most balance setting (w/o air cond, with air cond)

Maybe the isc is about to kong already kua... Never had this kind of symptom before. But last time I did experience when the isc wanna kong, sometimes the rpm drop. Sometimes it shoot up. Gila gila already. Or up down up down like revving motorbike at traffic stop.

I also changed to Taiwan ISC. My case is when come to stop, the RPM will drop and it takes few second before going up again. After that it won't drop significantly no matter the fan spinning or not.

I'm sure is because of the ISC, maybe there is a leak in the hose or the gearing get stuck..

I completely removed the ISC and purely use FICD to control.

Pro - No more unstable RPM

Cons - Morning cold engine the RPM very low..so need to press bit on the fuel to warm up the engine.

When engine cold, our ECU control the ISC to let in more air. Just like autochoke function. Once warm up the will be back to normal.

Just happen in the morning...usually around 5min i warm up before i go...

No need get 2 lah...just get 1 settle all...extra 1 thing..extra thing for you to headache....

When cranking, the electricity to air cond is stop, so shouldn't have any problem.
