I am still using my original muffler... don't know what flow is that either
Only changed to 4-2-1 extractor and replaced catalytic converter with bullet. When I rev hard the muffler will got metal vibrating sound by the exhaust flow...
Not sure if I changed to those S-Flow aftermarket muffler will improve my FC or not, because I don't know which brand or type to choose.

4G15 with modded exhaust extractor 421, single bullet along 1.7" piping with fake Apexi oblong exit muffler.

Aftermarket air filter not K&N nor Redline, someone gave it to me for free to sample.

I posted a problem in the exhaust mod section because i got the check engine light on after driving for some time after changing exhaust.

Went to check ECU, O2 say engine running lean plus 2 other fault. So is it my O2 rosak or what. I went to buy O2 (RM120) but no can fix because the wiring socket connector cannot plug in due to the 2 center hole too small compared to the old O2. I said just change the connector plug head to the old one but they said cannot do like that, might screw up.

Last2 i went to refund the O2 to engine mounting (FF & FR for manual) instead and got my steering vibration fixed but now i stuck with engine check light problem

My regular spare part shop say, they selling that O2 for VDO Wira 1.5 model many units already, no problem with connector at all.

What to do now, is it really the O2 sensor got problem or if got how to solve since the O2 i purchase from spare part shop cannot even plug with the other connector on my car.

Do i have to go to car electrical / wiring shop and change the original O2 socket (if there is such mod) or...........

can u snap the picture ur new and old connector?..and how about the wire color code?,still same like old one?..

Sorry i have return the O2 already yesterday to the spare shop and exchange for FF & FR engine mounting + refund abit so i want to snappy pic also cannot .

I and the foreman already check the connector on the old and new O2, yesterday side by side. Both same colour connector head with same wiring (2 blacks 2 grey if not wrong so total 4 wires) but the only difference is the 2 flat hole in the middle of the connector (6 flat holes total if not mistaken again). The old one was slight larger than the new one, they tried to plug in to the other connector fix to the engine but cannot and dare not to stuff it in.

But seriously that's the only difference, if want to say manufacturing defect than also cannot because the regular spare part shop say sold previous units also have no problem unless they lie to me laaa but hopefully no because been with them many years already since my first car 130Y.

I will try to go other spare part shop to see again if they are selling the same O2 with smaller hole or like i have to go back to Proton maybe.....

i see,like u said so the color code all the same..the only diffrent is the connector head,maybe factory mess up with MMC connector..

Maybe but i will recheck with Proton service center's O2 to see if there has been a mistake tomorrow.

Hopefully can solve my check light engine.

But still if cannot do than how.....cannot stand the light keep on lighting...worry damage or problem arise.

Well, how u guy knew the O2 sensor is spoil???? i got Apexi TT can read O2, and AF ... what's the correct reading for 1.6? I been google...can't really get the info i want....

Some they say Exhaust Temp also can check or knew if the Engine is running rich or lean which related to O2 sensor...... hmmmm anyone can provide some info how to read exhaust temp???

BTW - My Car RM70 = 350km++ (RSM = 400km as RSM can calculate after you had change RIM with different tyre size...)

lol there's your problem. O2 sensor spoilt.
O2 sensor check the exhaust if the engine running rich or lean so that the ECU can adjust the petrol mixture with air.

correct A/F Ratio when in close loop should near to 14:7 and when open loop anywhere from 12:1 - 13:1
so you should see the A/F reading.
