agreed...yesterday monday nite verdict...statistically...we let concede 91 shot on target to our gk/DDG...how bad is our closing down n defending...we just dont close down the opponent enuf...attacking football is in our gene...we can always score...but to let 91 shot on our goal...its ridiculous...far from what man utd r...

someone post the stats of our midfield players that play n let opponent get a shot on our goal...carrick is the highest percent i think...fletch is the lowest...but hey...its not about the role or position or player SAF assign we shud get the job done... for me...as a midfield player attacking or defensive...u r the heart beat...the engine room...u hav box to box la...attacking la...DMC la...makelele la...as a midfield...u run the show...u r there when ur team mate need u...attack wise or defence wise...u shud be available for them to support...be the playmaker...before the opponent get to do something in our half...midfield shud stop the in the middle of the park...thats whay striker can do defensive work in their attacking zone to protect the our midfield n defender early...keep them away out from the 30 yard zone...

I really dont know what kind of line-up to expect for the aldershot match. Could it be a drastic and massive change from the keeper up to the strikers to make a point to the players? Or will it be a semi strong line-up to get is back on track?

^there's PJ,but looking at our back 4 right now(the twins,rio and vidic is out of form,and Evans is shyt to begin with),so expect him to be at the defensive line for foreseeable future

and then there's Pogba...

Somehow the rumour about SAF interested on Joey Barton makes you wonder... granted he's a handful to deal with, but when you have a character like that you're sure to intimidate the opposition

I don't understand why they still attacking with only 3 defenders in stoppage time
3-1 and 3 minutes left against the team on top of the table, no way can score 2 goals

It's easy for us to comment on it retrospectively. If we had stayed back and defend, some other people will say "why not attack more, since nothing to lose?". So it's not fair to say "should do this, should do that". SAF himself also said the team should know better than to go gungho after 3-1 though. But like I said, he also made that comment retrospectively.

At least now the players will learn that when trying to get back to get a point or a win during the dying stages, they can't forget defending as well.

haha true but can u guys get where am i going from here? Wazza was like that before, and now has shown some improvement in his discipline. Players with fire raging in their guts is rare nowadays In a way does inspire other team mates as well.
