QUOTE(Deus @ Oct 27 2011, 11:01 PM) you're suppose to sub for 12 month. Since there is no 12 month subscription option, the only logical way would be 6month + 6 month. Or if say you subbed for 6 month and used 2 month so u have 4 month remaining, then you need to sub an additional 8 months. In short, the total amount subbed (note not plan to sub) must be 12 months. You're getting the mount by next patch, so Blizzard is not that dumb as to allow recurring one month sub people to get the mount then just break off the contract (its way more work to remove the mount individually from these people). Not agree. If u mean 6+6 then u pay for 6 month 1st, u'll pay for the remaining 6month only when the 1st 6 month expire, by that time diablo already launch, & the mount already give away, and u can still cancel it. So no clearly not in this way. u have to pay the new 12month subscription (apart from normal 1-6 moth subscription u see) to get this mount.

I am sorry you are wrong. Blizzard just want to bond you for 1 year subscription, you can still pay with your selected plan like mine for instance is 3months via credit card. Cause that way you will sure pay the 12 months subscription make sure their profit not drop, nice tactic I have to say. This post has been edited by fjoru103: Oct 28 2011, 08:27 PM

open a ticket to us.battlenet and not sea.battlenet I tried to open to both and they have 2 different answers LOL my account was previously not eligible and US support granted me eligibility and says that my initial problem is that my age is under 18yrs old (though we cannot edit this on our own). US support edited that for me and resolved my issue. SEA support also replied and told me that Malaysia is not eligible LOL. I replied and just thank her (since I already got it from the other ticket)

1. You've to be in the countries listed. 2. You've to have a valid photocopied IC/License sent over to bind your bnet account with. 3. An active account for more than 1 year.
Here's what I did. Changed my billing address to an address belonging to my friend in Singapore. Sent a pretty angry email to them regarding this. Rep asked me to send them a photocopied IC. The next email they sent me, said my account had been unlocked and are eligible.
By the way, it's not a straight up 1 year pay up front. It's a online contract saying that you'll subscribe for a year. The way they answered me is by saying that our country does not enforce online contract, thus it's not gonna be possible for them to get it through here.
Good luck for those trying.

All I did was
- Keep my address the same , just switch country to Singapore.
- Call in to SEA Blizz saying you read that you need manually add birthdate in account. They add for you cuz you cant add yourself.
- Ticket a GM, said you couldnt sign up tell them you already have bdate entered by calling them and that you read that every other GM was able to fix for your friends by just ticketing.
- GM reply say done.
- Win
- then change back country. -still win.

Got it work by sending a ticket to them, proving yourself are wealthy enough to handle the epic-madding-expensive annual pass.

Update: I have been rejected by CSR yet again for my request to participate in Wow Annual Pass. So sad, I wrote a 12 point rebuttal hopefully to get some kind CSR to help me. I think saying I have plenty of money is probably kind of snobbish, so I floated the idea that the CSR could be the next winner for the Mega Million lottery!!! I hope it is a win. Did they require you to send a copy of Singapore ID/IC plus the your address with utility/phone bill? I have cousin staying in condo in Singapore. I thought about borrowing his address but you know ... update: I just received reply from another CSR, yet another one says I cant get it. But this one is very specific. Says it is because of my country of residence This post has been edited by skywardsword: Apr 3 2012, 08:43 PM
