1. You've to be in the countries listed.
2. You've to have a valid photocopied IC/License sent over to bind your bnet account with.
3. An active account for more than 1 year.
Here's what I did.
Changed my billing address to an address belonging to my friend in Singapore.
Sent a pretty angry email to them regarding this.
Rep asked me to send them a photocopied IC.
The next email they sent me, said my account had been unlocked and are eligible.
By the way, it's not a straight up 1 year pay up front. It's a online contract saying that you'll subscribe for a year. The way they answered me is by saying that our country does not enforce online contract, thus it's not gonna be possible for them to get it through here.
