amaya maluri is 10m from jusco ...... velocity is high end condo with mega huge acre of land. as for bayu@pandan with superb transport adjacency..I have to reiterate that although the bayu@pandan have not shown enough convincing effort in marketing....still the purchase is like hot cake... reason is proablby STAR-LRT.. proabably they themselve also didn't expect such hot sales.... so for bayu staff.... hopefully your boss will give BIG angpow this year....
