CWM backup can be found in /sdcard/clockworkmod/backup
It's better to copy the backup folder before you flash a ROM.

As for efs folder, I manually backup using Super Manager. Just copy the efs folder to your external_sd folder or somewhere else, then copy it to your pc/laptop.

For micro-SD card, I bought kingston 16GB class 4 with price of RM77, speed wise is not bad. I bought it without any research, then I found Kingston class 10 for RM80+ only 

There are alot in the market for you to try out. ADW, go and LP are the usual recommendations. TW is fast and smooth but may not be sufficient in functions for those of us that have use other launchers.

Try using manual brightness and set it low about 20 - 30 %

Choices of different screen transition, choices of different drawer scrolling, ability to hide status bar, gesture in homescreen, hidden dockbar (adw have this), scrollable icons in dockbar, ability to resize widget, ability to change number of widget in screen (example I can have 5 x5 instead of 4 x 4 in TW), themes, etc.

Use SPB Shell 3D. Best launcher ever.

Keep pop out Error in driver when using Samsung Kies .. Im using i9100g ..

Hmm .. i connected my phone with PC .. Samsung Kies cant detect my phone and keep saying "Samsung Mobile MTP device " has encounter error in installing device .. The filename , directory name , or volume label syntax is incorrect
Page 1 has solution for driver , but mine is device .. =/

downloaded check revolution hd so long but today oni manage to flash it
seems to have problem with me if i dont perfom full wipe.

Steps i have done ..

1) I have downloaded  (SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_Phones)
2) Uninstall the Samsung driver that is located in Control Panel
3) Restart
4) Run the installer that i have downloaded
5) Turn on Samsung Kies
is the steps correct ??

hey guys have u seen this situation? particularly web browsing with light or white background.. can see the screen got some very fine lines moving about. happens more especially when the phone has more juice or is charging.

I've seen other forums complain bout it too. charge ur phone then start noticing around more than 80% batt.. with or without charger. white background. extra obvious while browsing.

Yes .. still having problem detecting it

Done with CCleaner and problem still occur .. Is there any other possible way ? Or Im left with upgrading Android 2.3.5 using Odin ?? Didnt wanna root it so fast yet .. LOL .. Still running Stock ROM and original kernel .. xD
Apart from that .. I got a question regarding rooting and changing ROM ..

2) Download Odin , cf-root , 'desire' kernel and 'desire' ROM , Stock kernel and Stock ROM
3) Backup my Apps with Titanium Backup and Nandroid

Some question im not clear ..
a) Is the steps correct ??

c) am i able to backup my stock kernel and stock ROM , or i have to find and download it manually ??
