this is spurs style...that's why i never talk about scores until full time whistle.  tongue.gif

anyways, 3-1 final score and 3 points in the bag.  the reason why 'arry only made 1 substitute is because many of the senior players will not travel for the midweek Europa League match.  so 'arry was also resting the reserves today so they will be fresh for the Europa match.

expect Defoe and Pav to start in that match.

i've been a fan for quote some time now, I'm also usually very cautious (knowing Spurs' style); but we completely dominated QPR in the first half so I thought I can boast a little... laugh.gif

Nice game by SPURS particularly in the first half.....Bale back on fire and vDv had scored in 5-games continuously.

this unbeaten run is to be cherished. i feel the team is finding its rhythm and the starting 11 are clicking and covering the spaces. the backs and wingers work well together (BAE and Bale, Walker and whoever plays right wing), with Modric and van der Vaart playmaking and Parker providing steel in the midfield.

my biggest concern is the central D and also the big striker up front. IF ADE is unavailable, Pav is not the best replacement. and Lennon needs to find his form or else we will need a better right winger.

like this?

if he's available, teams like city, manu, chel will be in the fray ... unlikely for us to get him ... better train what we have ...

How about Adam Johnson?BPL proven, talented, with dribbling skills ala portugal/brazillian player and he's out of favor in mancini's squad(compared to nasri and aguero)

him and Bale on both side providing accurate, flat crosses(and Adam is more versatile than Bale for me),Spurs are sure going for top 4 with it

Adam Johnson would be a nice right winger to have and 'arry would like him too as he's English. but Adam is more versatile than Bale...erm, I don't think so. You don't see the european clubs lining up to buy Johnson do you?... tongue.gif

Ya, hope 'arry gets back to shape back to WHL asap.
Any Milan player wanting to share a hospital room with 'arry, will just have to put up with Harry's long-drawn stories..."Oh Milan! I've been there twice you know. Let me start from the beginning...." biggrin.gif

we lost this match but its ok as we need 4 points from the remaining 2 fixtures, with one of them at home.

it is just a micky mouse cup and tonite's game is more important...
with Newcastle and Arsenal won yesterday, we have to win this game in order to compete for top 4 position
