The shield is Effigy shield in tomb of giants, not sure of location but it's somewhere there

just before first fog and encounter first dog skeleton, turn left you will see it just down below, guarded by one black knight

but don't jump, enter the fog, go down and go left

how to kill red dragon in 1 hit?

Just before the undead parish, there is a tower with a black knight at the top, kill the black knight and walk to the edge, you should see the red dragon below, 1 arrow to the head = 10k souls, if you don't see it, then just go back down and up again.

third playtime kill red dragon + silver serpent ring = 50k souls

haha so sien cannot sleep go farm souls =_=

wanna ask..can knight learn spells? if yes, how?

can, you just need to get your INT high enough for spells, then find a merchant that sell spells

i see..so when do i have a npc that sell spells?

When you save the NPC who sells spells miracles are for if you have Faith stat and it's more supportive type spells, they can be bought straight away from the cleric at firelink shrine

ok i kill the hydra at the forest,but where is the golden golem?i want to buy magig from dusk..i reload my game still no golden golem.

I think for offensive spells you can only get NPC that sells them around mid game

Follow the left side of the lake pass the waterfall and a ladder, all the way to the back of the lake. Btw you need to use a bonfire after killing the hydra otherwise golem won't appear
