I'm going to be heading to the Depths soon, any suggestions on what I should bring or be aware of?

So I went back to Firelink after walking around the Depths and got lost.

It seem Petrus and his companion are getting ready to leave. Does it affect me in someway or did I miss out some chance of gaining something good from him?

Finally finished Depth, was scared with my friend talking about how hard Depth is, only to find I was scared for no reason.

Any idea where I can farm some Large Titanite Shard before heading to Blightown?

On a side note, Petrus seem to be back from his expedition, he seem kind of nervous for some reason. Is that normal as well?

Finished the boss of Quelaag Domain as well as rang the 2nd bell. Any idea where I should head next?

I find Iato R2 attack too hard to use for me. For me, Zweihander all the way.

Everytime I use Iaito R2 to hit those leeches at Blightown, end up just in front of them.

Felt like got trolled by the sword. I'll use it once I can farm / buy some Titanite Chunk to get it to Lighting Iato ASAP.

Get a +10 Curved Sword, such as Falchion or Uchigatana, then modify it with the Soul of Quelaag with the Anor Londo blacksmith.

Or can always kill the Undead Merchant in Undead Burg or Parish was it?

Any idea where you can farm for Rubbish?

For the Covetous Gold Serpent Ring, the accessories that allow you +200 Item Discovery, can get at Sen's Fortress.


It is after you get the Lighting Spear from the mimic, continue along until you come across another boulder trap. From there, carefully follow the boulder until it drop down into a hole.

After a few more boulder, the hole will be filled and the last boulder will smash through the wall.

From there, pick up your Covetous Gold Serpent Ring.

Before going Anor Londo, is it alright if I finish Ash Lake and Great Grey Wolf Silf first?

Is it? No matter, I'll still like to try my hands on that place. My friend said by cutting one of the dragon tail there, you get an awesome Ultra Greatsword.

I thought Sunlight Convenant doesn't matter if you killed or haven't killed sunbro?
