Lots of people compare Kiara 2 and PC now.. last time was The Leafz/Arte and PC.. I guess all boils down to price and preference. My 2 cents:
PC: - Near to city and suburb, near to highway (but not right next to it) - Near to kuchai lama's super convenient area (yet not affected by its traffic like Arte) - However, amenities not as classy as K2 or Arte or Leafz. Just simple design and near to some flats The Leafz/KR2 - Too near to the highway. Dust and noise will be a problem - Entry price is higher due to higher sq ft. - Maintenance cost is higher - Not exactly within a convenient or "wong" area - However, nice zen/sleek design with modern amenities like sky gardens and such IMHO: For investment or those that prefer convenience and practicality, get PC For those that prefer classier facilities and nicer designs but don't mind other cons, get Kr/Leafz/Arte Added on May 20, 2012, 12:01 amAfter so long... the website is up... http://palacecourt.com.my/ LOL!
