The price also not bad compared to new launch.

Hi guys, I'm currently considering to purchase a unit among these 3 condominiums in Bukit Jalil or Kuchai area:

Kiara Residence 2, Z Residence and Palace Court

Would anyone have any great inputs for helping me out to get a clearer picture of the differences or any pro and cons of these condos?

Palace Court entrance not really nice coz surround by low flat, and infront that empty land heard going to build condo also?

If dont mind about the appearances in the surroundings, is it a nice place for own stay?

Well, the entrance from Jln Kuchai Lama is rather narrow and can be quite packed from my experiences of going to the Goon Wah restaurant along that road there on a few weekends, so driving out during those days can be a challenge. Not sure about the weekdays, tho. I also did see a 2nd entrance on the opposite end (not sure if it's a proper entrance as I have not driven there before) but based on the Google maps image of the other side, it doesn't look that busy.

And about that abandoned shoplots sitting on that big empty plot of land, I have no idea what the developer (whoever it is) is going to do about it. Looks like it's been there for quite a long time dy with no activity whatsoever.

That's just my 2 cents based on driving around there whenever I go to that restaurant to have my breakfast/lunch.

Whats the property launching in front of Palace Court ? Anyone got any idea ?
