Will this condo be fully furnished or empty?
Anyone knows whether the buyer pays in stages or pay upon completion only? Usually when does the buyer apply for loan? |

QUOTE(M3aty @ Sep 20 2013, 10:25 PM) Will this condo be fully furnished or empty? No DIBS currently for new purchase. Means have to pay interest during construction period. You can apply for loan once you got all the documentation from ur SA. You can actually start applying for loan immediately once you place a booking.Anyone knows whether the buyer pays in stages or pay upon completion only? Usually when does the buyer apply for loan? |

QUOTE(x3onchronic @ Mar 11 2013, 12:03 PM) I've just signed S&P on last sunday. The BHL agent did mention about the changes of the colour scheme. In fact he said that they had proposed the colour: white, grey and red line (similar to the red in the BHL logo). FYI: the showroom mock-up demo colour shows a bit greenish grey which is quite different from the brochure. Honestly, i just hope the colour scheme is close to what we have seen in the brochure. Else it might become similarly like Midfields, sg besi which appeared to be a bit "playful" to me. I'm very concern about the perceive value. This is just my 2 cents : ) Would like to know whether you still able to get DIBS while you signing S&P on March 13?PC-ians, what do you think? |

QUOTE(tmm @ Oct 8 2013, 03:20 PM) I think they build too slow and hard to handover after 1 year from now. . Anyone view the show units? How's the workmanship and quality? Is it worth to buy for rm600k for the mid floor 936sf after completed? Show unit is presentable with spatial design, quality is OK. The price increase so much, 936sf already cost 600k? QUOTE(wil-i-am @ Oct 10 2013, 11:36 PM) Estimated future price. I think the owners will ask from rm600psf from lowest floor after completed. Nowadays it is very common developer selling rm600psf even no APDL. G Residence owners are asking rm690k for 1168sf, slightly above the rm650k 2 months ago when vp. |
