Too much tea in general may be detrimental to ur health.. Especially green tea, can cause liver & kidney damage.. And the caffeine in tea.. |

QUOTE(dorinyeah @ Oct 20 2011, 11:12 AM) i eat healthy product + reduce diet + more vege/fruit less meat... more easy!! of course.with good diet you can have healthy body..usually takes time to reduce your weight if depends on varies eating only..but with the right amount if workout and hardwork, you will loose weight and gain muscle....same with diet..sports/working also needs time...on the first 3 or 4 weeks of workout.. you only loose water from your body..then fat and muscle ..thus, we need to be very patient and a lot of time..even more..by sporting...you will gain more strength and stamina..stamina and strength are required for....(fill in the blank)......for you to last longer..haha..if u go find out the calories reduce when u sport, i think u will very disappointed! It's really down to individuals, TBH. Different ppl's body have different requirements, and some may require higher amount of certain nutrition than others due to genetic factors. If u take into account of metabolism factors, genetic factors and lifestyle factors, u will see the difference.. A diet plan that works for u may not be able to work for another person.. |
