this morning read other forum about a guy with diabetes and later he was diagnosed to have kidney 'bocor' problem...hes 32.now i am feeling scared.cos i might have the same problem...so..for those who a bit heavyweight champion. lets go do some sport ..every week futsal or something like that..or we do Xbox with kinect TT and play kinect games..healty what..

thats why i rarely eat outside nowadays..just buy food from stall and bring back and makan while watch anime..then drink only ais kosong..
last time i really like to drink soft drinks, ais lemon tea..etc..drinks from pasar malam etc..nowadays..rarely..i even stop making drinks in the office, now only drink plain water..most sugar actually in drinks..


make your own drinks..even i bought milo, coffee,horlick powder or even packets of 3in1 and sometime i even bought a bunch of them, they can last for months if not years, cos i only make drinks once a month at home..usually i drink plain water or ais sejuk from fridge..usually after 1 or 2 months, all those powder,3in1 i wiill bring them all back to my hometown with me..then i buy again..haha....

of course.with good diet you can have healthy body..usually takes time to reduce your weight if depends on varies eating only..but with the right amount if workout and hardwork, you will loose weight and gain muscle....same with diet..sports/working also needs time...on the first 3 or 4 weeks of workout.. you only loose water from your body..then fat and muscle ..thus, we need to be very patient and a lot of time..even more..by sporting...you will gain more strength and stamina..stamina and strength are required for....(fill in the blank)......for you to last longer..haha..

ps: having goal is good..but i have no goal..and its better...thats why i am lazy...

betul la..i still have my various 3in1 coffee(i bought a lot),coffe mate,3kg of sugar, instant mee,can milk,etc.etc..everything still in its packaging, they're all from early to mid last year..expiry date end of the year or next year..but im going to replace..since im going back balik kampung next month....and then buy again..this time buy from kedai 1 malaysia..way cheaper..

save for darurat..lol..

Added on October 20, 2011, 3:59 pmmine b-line also can hear..sometimes at the front..sometimes at rear..usually noticeable when you're at a slope..if uphil..rear will sound..downhill front will sound..only if you step softly on the brake pedal...but..i really like the scrathing sound..makes me step softter on the paddle.haha...kreeekk..kreekk..krook..

btw i couldn't help but notice there's excessive wheel spin when the road is wet..and its not even full throttle but around 2.5k rpm when released the clutch..cold weather makes me wanna go faster cos its damn nice to rev..

me cannot naik bukit..i give you some money la..u win.. and give to me..haha..

me also now stretching my last amount of money..no drive car, just bike..rm10 can last one week,parking rm2 perday and food rm10 per day..so minimum expenses next week should be around rm70 for 5 days working(next week deepavali)..but my bike the engine leaking, two weeks without rear plate number, no right and left sinal, no rear braking light and both tire botak already, very dangerous when riding in wet condition. and my salary come out every 29. money..money..where are you..if can sell thing in my room..id sell them alrready..

got call from maybank islamic..was offered free maybank petronas ikwan credit card..since im happy the way i spend cash until broke everymonth....i didn;t take the offer.

what to do now? since its raining..staying at home boring la pulak....tomorrow also weekend.

my house no space already..since my brother came and put his stuff in my room when his wife wants to move with him to tawau, sabah...other game also can play..kinect need huge space....speaking of xbox..its been like a month i didnt turn it on..come here la..but of course..you'll be in jam in LDP..

you guys have bad smell because of aircond..mine came from steering compartment/dashboard..the smell is obvious..everytime go into the car theres a bad smell from inside the car..last time i dunno from where it came from..but now its certain that the smell came from around the steering/dashboard/meters..last time for first service i did the mist thingy.. the smell that 'melekat' at the cushion all over inside car gone..then i realise its not from aircond and the smell came again...

i notice my car make loud noise..something like metal sound, my brother when he came also notice the sound..he said sounds like tapet/valve..when the engine heats up..the noise became obvious..dunno what to do now..
