of course.with good diet you can have healthy body..usually takes time to reduce your weight if depends on varies eating only..but with the right amount if workout and hardwork, you will loose weight and gain muscle....same with diet..sports/working also needs time...on the first 3 or 4 weeks of workout.. you only loose water from your body..then fat and muscle ..thus, we need to be very patient and a lot of time..even more..by sporting...you will gain more strength and stamina..stamina and strength are required for....(fill in the blank)......for you to last longer..haha..
ps: having goal is good..but i have no goal..and its better...thats why i am lazy...

It's really down to individuals, TBH. Different ppl's body have different requirements, and some may require higher amount of certain nutrition than others due to genetic factors. If u take into account of metabolism factors, genetic factors and lifestyle factors, u will see the difference.. A diet plan that works for u may not be able to work for another person..
YUP... due to many factors, diff individual will need diff amount of nutrition. but all this need specialist to check for u cannot sendiri agak agak and makan!!
but so far i have seen a lot ppl manage to reduce their weight using this method. I'm going to be one of those!! SLIM ah!!

Added on October 20, 2011, 11:29 amCHEONGING IS ALSO A WAY TO REDUCE RISKS OF HEART ISSUES!!!

if no goal u wont even move ur 1st step!!
set a goal and move ur step! even u fail at time u set, at least u walk closer to ur goal.... u have nothing to lose!!
I support CHEONGING is a best sport for citizens, coz u can have it with very limited space. no restriction at all... and let u train ur whole body muscle and good blood circulation.,.. many early stage of heart disease is detected during cheonging...
