im just curious, if the phone comes in malaysia (which i hope soon), will it fare at 359 or 430? if 359 its ok, about 1800rm but if 430 i think its too much, about the same price as samsung s3

yup, totally agree.. but its not going to be a problem for me though, having used 2 smartphones now i know what i really want : frigging good battery life

yeah s3 is great, performance the best so far but its still a phone, at the end of the day im gonna use it to call and sms only..n if the juice is not enough im gonna rage lol

but seriously, motorola has got to lower the price of razr maxx if they really want the phone to be competitve in the market.. had it been released 3,4 months ago it could be a really huge success..

why can't i receive text messages...i'll get them only if i reboot..and it takes time to get the text messages after rebooting razr....

same happen to me. i happen few time to me. can send sms to others, but no delivery report and unable to received sms. have to restart.

2nd prob, smart action may turn on and off many times have to wait until it stop by itself. now disable the smart action.

run on stock rom. version 2.3.6. during 2.3.5 everything ok.

I am also having the SMS issue on stock rom 2.3.6.
But no issue with Smart action..

There are times where i have prob with sms. It is due i auto update the date n time. Sometimes battery k.o. n the time resetted n internet is down. So what ever sms, call receive, it registeres as wrong date and wrong time

Checked on my date/time setting. The "Automatic" setting was not selected.

my date & time setting always 'Automatic' since day 1 using razr..

when using amart action and data connection in disable mode, can effect the time?
so far no prob with call, only with sms.

hey all, a fellow razr here, got it since dec '11. I've got a few issues with my phone since then altho its no major problem, but it really does get up ur nerves when its not working.

1. SIM card suddenly not detected (had to turn off or eject the SIM card manually, this happens quite often)

2. phone hangs (unlike other phones, razr cant unplug its battery, so have to wait it recovers itself)

3. so called Gorilla glass, got scratch mark (its my fault, i stuff the phone and my keys together in one pocket) but i never drop the phone before

4. while unlocking and after, had latency for a few secs (no, i didnt install alot stuffs)

5. touch screen issue ( sometimes it stop responding and hangs there, had to lock/unlock it again)

6. while charging, the touch screen will went berserk (meaning while using ur phone and charging, it will persistently mess up ur screen eg keep typing ur keyboard while u sms, scrren will flip itself), may due to static tho

sent in to Phoneworx @ sunway mentari for 2 times, services is as bad u guys think it is (delay after another), didnt solve my issue and keep saying its the Android problem (eg its like that one, android blah blah blah)

really frustrated even when writing this post (sry for bad review on this). but anyone had similar situation? Thx

How does it recover itself? Until battery finished?!
