i wonder if the phone hang how to turn off =.=

For time being, here're the cons for me of this phone after ~12 hrs of usage:

1. At low brightness settings, the display looks greenish.
2. Back camera is too exposed and possible to be scratched.
3. No dedicated camera capture key.
4. HDMI cable not included in package.
5. Camera is so-so compared to other 8mp auto-focus shooters.

For me the pros would be:
1. 4GB internal for application install, 8GB for storage compared to 2GB for apps in Atrix.
2. Although it's wider than S2, it gives me good grip.
3. The secondary camera records 720p!
4. Camera activation can be done on lock screen which is convenient for me, a pass-by shooter.
5. I actually receive 3G signal in my room that I didn't get with Atrix.
6. Like all previous Moto phones, the vibration is strong enough to notify me.
7. the ROKR earpiece that come with the phone is very comfortable to use.
8. as off ~14 hours of continuous usage after first charge to update and install and play around, it died. battery life is good
9. you can put the phone to sleep

I rather not talk much on customization i made on it...i'm talking pure out-of-box

well, IMCC gave me 4GB included in their RM1950 bundle but I got 8GB micro SD from my previous Atrix so that 4GB included is swapped with my Atrix's 8GB micro SD instead...never gets filled with more than 3GB though ><"

edit: just realize it was 8GB microSD

gorilla glass can get scratched too..but need more pressure.. my HD2 also got scratched.. its not invincible..

I notice my screen had a dot / dead pixel. I had changed once when i bought it and did not notice the second phone also having the same problem when i exchange it =.="
Anyone knows where is the motorola service centre for warranty claim/exchange?

Looks like Razr still live up to its name By the way I can confirm the unofficial bootstrap recovery work for our Razr. Have done nandroid backup ^^

if i work in motorola mobility i ll also propose the idea... since defy is one of the best selling android from motorola...
if it pack tegra3, defy roughness, razr design... sure is a blast to the hp market..

last weekend few days ago there was a roadshow at 1U offering purchase first phone Retail Price at RM1999 and purchase next phone 50% from RP. Limited to 2 phones per day.

Agree with thatisazam. There's no ultimate phone guys. Don't just because of 1 setback preventing you from getting this phone ^^

sent mine for warranty...got LCD colour prob...1 long stripe come on on certain dark colour :/

my colleague and i got the phones on the same day, and he's having this issue as well. u can only faintly see the stripe when the screen is showing black color (ie when loading youtube), but it's there and damn annoying.

my issue was even worse... the whole LCD went bezerk on the 2nd day. just got my replacement unit yesterday from phoneworx and so far so good, touch wood

nope, i bought from the booth @ 1U last fri. phoneworx is motorola's service centre.
