Here's my full review on the phone:
Lets start with the boot up time. SLOW. but since they implemented the sleep mode, I'll let it slide.
holding the phone made u feel like you're using one of the most advance phone ever made. KEVLAR back that's soft yet strong with least physical key to press, splash and scratch resistant made you feel safer
then after booting up, I start with outdoor video recording.
Seeing what potential in that 1080p in broad outdoor earlier today.
After 10 minutes, it overheats and my camera app hang.
A not-to-do checklist for you: "Recording under dry heat outdoor"
if the phone hanged, what do we do? hard reset? yeah I did that.
it hanged again the second time i record a video under same condition but this time it hanged after ~5 minutes. Hypothesis, accepted.
indoor, I manage to capture 15 minutes without hang or overheat but the hand cramp got me :/ no problem for indoor HD+ recording!
lets talk about signal strength. it is superb! call was super clear, data transfer are super fast (but all I did was brief social networking and application downloads)
tried the hotspot functionality. SUPERB. my laptop got ~120kb/s with the regular Celcom broadband subscription on the same phone. but that's not new since having an Atrix already exposed me to such hotspot function. it's pleasing that it's still there I didnot try the bluetooth function, however.
colour test. this is where it annoy me...even with slightest reduction in brightness, there'll be green hue. however, even under broad daylight, i manage to use the phone well at minimal brightness...
i love the battery capacity so much... but it is to my concern that whenever my battery reached 30%, my wireless do not work correctly and keep disconnecting...i'll clarify more~
rooting the phone was simple enough and no complicated procedures.
it might not be the best phone, but i can see its potential of going further with the lapdock..thats when actual raw power of the dual core is put to test. it might not be the best shooter around (high noise), but it sure take decent enough photo after some touching up. might not be the best in broadness but it sure gave me good grip.

This is my brief review of the phone after few days of usages
MotoUI
Fluid and fast unlike its predecessor MotoBlur. I like some of its widgets such as the emails and sms which can come in very handy. Not a looker yes but as long as it gets the thing done.
Display
qHD isn't an ideal resolution though. You may find some apps or games to only display half or 3 quarters of the screen. However, you can fix this by download spare parts from market. Untick compatibility mode and reboot. Should fix it but then some other apps become overlay.
As for the super amoled, I don't know if I'm liking it or being deceived by its hyped bright, crisp and saturated colors. white and brighter colors doesn't appear to be natural.
Camera
Disappointed by the picture quality produced even though its 8mp. Still ok with normal lighting condition but under low light, lost kau kau to iphone 4 (5mp). I will take some comparison pictures with these 2 phones later.
But what amazed me is the 1080p recording and 720p front facing camera. Smooth and clear
Hardware
Simply the best! Other than the gorilla glass, if you throw this phone down from 10th floors it will not break. That's how strong kevlar is. For those that said it feels like cheap plastic, clearly you've never seen a carbon fiber or kevlar before.
Battery life
I'd wait until 1% battery stat comes around before judging. But as for now, not as good as Atrix (1930mah) but still perform decently. The phone does not overheat and cooler than Atrix. I've tried usb tethering for both phones and Atrix usually reach over 40c and slowly discharging even with usb plugged. Razr on the other hand stay below 40c and slowly charging
Calls, receptions, speaker
Moto has always been very good in these areas. Signal strength by far the best, better than iphone 4. Calls are clear and loud. Audio quality is very good and loud too. Plug in with Rokr earpieces and you have a winner
