hello folks,

found this thread from education essential section. glad to join in.
self-intro, i'm a 2nd year diploma in Electonic Engineeering from TARC.
please add me in the list.

anyway, after graduating my diploma, i;m thinking not to continue Advanced Diploma at TARC or degree at UTAR. there r 1 choice in my mind now, which is Nottingham (malaysia campus). however, my lecturer say if my parents could afford my studies at nottingham, he suggest me to go to sheffield (UK) to further my studies.

so, any opinion?

p/s : if this topic is not suitable to be discussed here, please let me know. thx

For this 2 things u have to make sure first.

1) Active component (voltage source, current source) & Passive componet    (Resistor & so on)

2) Confirm Current moving direction.

After this, i think the only thing u doubt will be those passive components and according to current moving direction give a + at the front component and a - behind it.

Hope u clear abt it and do correct me if i m wrong tongue.gif so long din touch it

not necessary.
for some method, u can get the direction of the current with the final answer by indicating the posotive or negative value. usually, all u gotta do is simply assume that the current is flowing in a certain direction to get the polarity, if the answer u get is negative, it means that the current is actuallly the opposite direction of the 1 u assumed at the 1st place..

visual basic is more user-friendly coz it's object oriented programming while C++ requires more complicated coding coz it's source code oriented programming
