Hi

Yesterday i did some bench press.

Today, whenever I bend my arm (make the elbow L shape), i can feel the elbow joint bones like bumping (langgar) each other. No pain..just feels weird.. Is it normal? i think its called bone spurs or elbow lock up (based on google)

Likewise, I been doing weights for sometime now but just recently began to challenge myself and taking on heavier weight. My right elbow is hurting when I bend it into an L angle (bench press, shoulder press, push ups etc).

Should I rest it out or it is just normal and I should continue doing my workouts ?

When benching, tuck the elbows in slightly. Don't let them flare out.

is the problem still persisting? U might want to see an orthopaedics or sport medicine doctor just to rule out any ligaments injury in which sometimes the pain is minimal (3rd degree injury), or loose ligament which cause the joint to subluxed, or any loose body in the joint.
