but u get valve lift and valve timing at the same time. 12% better fuel efficiency, can rival the toyota's dual vvt-i already.

dont know if inspira is considered as lancer/galant or not.

haha..our 4b11 is on par with toyota's dual vvti 2.0v..

10 15 cycle, ours is 13.6km/l

LATEST info regarding rear left suspension noise.

I just called Icare and inquired what was going on and was told that our inspira has 2 issues with the suspension,

1)bushing - morning or cold nyek nyek
2)bump stopper - noise when going up bumps and sounds like something is loose.

the 1st issue was settled by replacing the bushing.

2nd issue still undergoing product testing, the parts tested were not satisfactory so they are getting the vendor to settle the part issue within 1 month or 2. he cannot give a commitment on when it'll be settled.

For those who has this issue as well, write in/call to icare to inform of ur case and once the part is ready for replacement, proton will either sms/email/call the owners that are involved.

weird..unless the parts number is the same, i think the MMC filter uses different part number..

the MMC oil filter part number is MD360935

i always service mine in Eon, they are still using the MMC filter.

but i dont see why we need to be worried about it. lancer also uses Kayaba

ya..haha..i think it is the spring that makes our inspira very soft rather than the absorber

but ori lancer absorber, rm 300+ for rear and rm 800+ for front..

comapred to KYB(proton) is RM103 while the front is RM158

bro, Proton AMP and Proton Original parts not the same.

it is ok to mix the engine oil, just that the benefit of fully syn properties(cleaning and lubrication) is diluted

the red blinking light is always there, indicating the alarm is on. just that u didnt notice prior to this.

rattling sound, hard to say, mostly from glovebox(see first page) or the door handle cable.

not the same la bro. AMP is slightly cheaper than Proton ori parts.

the blue one costs how much in SC? if tarak confident then when drive out, straight change to Mitsu 1..or just kau tim with SC, like what we do with the engine oil.
