Best moment so far. 100% behind your country no matter what the circumstance.

QUOTE(hyzam1212 @ Jun 14 2012, 06:14 PM) You can win matches with a huge firepower and weak defense...this statement is not so valid eh...balance is the key What for to have huge firepower without accuracy? Even RvP's goal was largely credited to his individual performance. A big tragedy to see world cup runner-up got knocked out in such a humiliating fashion. |

phew, even though it's a very boring match but the final minutes was very intense. who would have thought that the side that won 4-1 in their first match will pack home early while the side that lost 1-4 went on as group leader.

Karagounis the best captain ever. Always eccentric and melodramatic since many years ago but he's very patriotic and proud to be part of the squad

QUOTE(undentifyxd @ Jun 17 2012, 04:47 AM) head to head? but why Holland still can qualify if they beat Portugal? Let say Holland beat Portugal and Germany beat Denmark. Germany will get 9 point and others 3 point each. So head to head, Denmark beat Holland but why Holland will go through? Tie Breaking Procedure If two or more nations are level on points in the group the country with the highest number points in games involving those teams finishes highest. If nations are still level they are separated by goal difference, and then goals scored, in games involving the teams. If teams still cannot be split, then overall goal group difference is used. can someone explain this. I dont understand This post has been edited by gry: Jun 17 2012, 04:57 AM |

In simple terms, it just means which team got more points from their match togetherTie Breaking Procedure If two or more nations are level on points in the group the country with the highest number points in games involving those teams finishes highest. I dont understand meaning = head to head.... if head to head draw... then only they look at goal difference |

Will Italy be knock out of the tournament even though it WINS the next match against Ireland? Yes if Spain and Croatia DRAW 2-2 (or more) then Italy are out. Will the FIX be in? Well bookies slashed odds on a 2-2 result from 18:1 to 5:2. Thats very significant! Will not happen? At 2004 Euros it happened. the Scandinavian teams (Denmark & Sweden) 'conspired' to knock out Italy with a 2-2 draw. |
