lately i've been eating more to gain some bulk. lots of meats and stuff. i recently measured with some machine called omron. dont know whether the measurements can be trusted. the readings were 6 for my visceral fat when the person said 2-3 is what a normal man at my age (24) , should have. anyone experienced this before?

maybe the man also dunno how the machine was engineered. what's 2,3 or 6 mean. how does the moron actually work?
Omron is actually the brand,
they have several models,
my ex company used to sell that
they measure our fat % and VF by currents going thru our body
frm leg to hand if not mistaken
thats why whn u use the machine, ur hand have to be 90 degrees in front
btw
i forgotten abt the VF optimum measurement
but look wat i found
http://www.tanita.co.uk/index.php?id=28so 1-12 is still low risk
if u wan other calculation can use the waist to hip ratio
http://www.healthbulletin.org/weight_loss/weight29.htmteach u how to reduce ur VF too....
