The reason is the Ss15 Nokia care is in the process be taken over by Mobile Technic aka Amcorp Nokia Care. So at the moment they dont repair any phone at SS15 they will send your phone to the Amcorp outlet.So is highly recommended to send to Amcorp Nokia Care. Mine suddenly cant detect simcard. No matter what sim you put it cant work. At the Nokia Care they said the same thing could be my sim card issue. I took two nokia N9 to show them switch immediately the same simcard one work one doesnt.
So they said need to troubleshoot on wednesday and today they called me informing me that my motherboard spoil. I was like simcard cant detect can be so serious as motherboard spoil then she said can be ready by tomorrow for collection.
