I seriously doubt they are going to launch. That page already there for months and their original intention was to launch when N9 starts shipping. Now send them twitter also no reply.

I thought it' already well known? Not something new; Most people I know already anti-Nokia, say got new phone, ask what brand, Nokia, then not interested or don't even wanna know. Only those that still stick to Nokia will still buy Nokia.
Those that previous switch to SE for reasons like camera or speaker/sound, still thinks the same to Nokia.

That's why, it's important not to give bad impression or experience; It's very hard to recover and win back people's trust/impression/etc. And their expectation will be higher and easily annoyed with small mistakes because of past experience and impression. (e.g. if you like something, you can forgive and forget or accept some minor problems/mistake; but if you already don't like/hate something, even some simple mistake, you may be very annoyed and seems like a big problem).

So today I wanted to transfer some songs into the phone, i plugged in the USB cable into PC and accidentally "connect and sync". Now my phone got so many audio files but i couldn't locate its directory. I also got File Manager but cannot see any files in the music/movie folder.

Strange enough i could play the audio in 'Music' and view album thumbnails in the 'Gallery'. Anyone knows where i can find these audio/mp3 files bcoz i want to delete em XD. Really appreciate if you guys can help

Btw, i found my device kinda buggy. Each time i make or answer calls, the phone will automatically connects to internet o.O Maybe i really need to change my cut sim card into a proper mirco sim. Anyone experience this before?

i dunno about apps compared to Maemo, but the browser is decent, quite smooth on most pages. and as for the microSD card, we don even have a slot for that at all, no memory expansion for N9, sadly

Andy, I agree with you on many points especially the iphone being an app launcher but the success of the iphone show that this is not altogether a wrong path to take. Apple must be doing something right.

On one hand apps can be seen as an extension of the os. Whether the function is built-in or obtained from an app shouldn't make any difference to the user experience. But the way the os allow you to integrate tasks or switch between tasks or gather messages into a thread cannot be duplicated by apps. This boils down to the beauty of the os and Meego is a very beautiful os.

However even a beautiful and capable os need apps to extend its functionality. Those who say they don't need apps don't really need a smartphone. No need for an appstore as big as ios but a few thousand useful apps would ensure its survival.

So have you got your N9 yet?

To be frank, the Gorilla glass is just for the name sake.

I used to put the phone in my pants pocket. It is quite loose and no pressure etc but there is already 2 small scratches on my N9's screen.

Name only Gorilla but fragile like banana.
