I am using DiGi Smartplan with unlimited data; so I tend to use my N9 as wifi hotspot for iPod Touch. Recently been experiencing frequent breakup of hotspot.

Anybody having similar experience? Could the problem cause by telco's signal?
*
I'm using DiGi too. Sometimes the error message came out when I'm using N9 as hotspot. Anyone have any problems from different telcos?

QUOTE(GravityFi3ld @ Jan 16 2012, 04:35 PM)
yea, I want to know it too... what's the cause? total shutdown or battery issue?

by the way, N9 users - how long does a fully charged N9 last(base on your usage)?
*
It totally depends on users smile.gif Like mine, it can last up to 10 hours based on my activities (2.5G connection + WiFi).

I just read RSS feed, listen mp3, check facebook and twitter (not all the time), email (updated every 30 minutes), check molome, 4squick check in and minor browsing.

The best part, my N9 will automatically changed to Power Saver mode when the battery usage reached less than 30%. But the Internet will be cut out if I left my phone idle after 30 sec.

My personal opinion, it all depends on your usage. Some can only last for 4 to 5 hours only tongue.gif while some can last even 2 days tongue.gif

ohmy, 10 hours.. I was expecting days.. as in 3-4days..LoL
I'm not heavey-user, will use for texting (less than 10 smses a day, maybe a call or 2 that won't even last 5minutes/day).. yea, basically - that's what my usage is happy.gif And base on my usage, my N78 can last 4days =)

If it were the same usage on N9, can it be more than 4days? drool.gif
*
yes it might be possible if you didn't use any 3G/2G or WiFi = Run in Power Saver Mode all the time biggrin.gif

p/s : no one test it yet to prove this theory

Another application that you might want to use is http://store.ovi.com/content/109289. Still, I would prefer TwimGo than this.

Or u can use the web version of Twitter http://mobile.twitter.com and save as bookmark inside your phone.

i already clear the cache but it keeps changing from old layout and sometimes new layout..damn annoying

Try http://touch.facebook.com instead. Still, there's some problem in posting comments.
It is confirmed that Nokia will fix this error when PR1.2 comes out.

The senior already recommend to go to telco to switch to micro sim rather than cut to prevent any issue such as this. But some of us that cut not yet faced any issue like mine
*
I think we should post about the mirco sim issues on the first page of this topic hehe

You might wanna check these websites. Even though the list of game apps is not as big as iOS or Android, but the game are quite fun. You can even use Emulators to play games smile.gif

*
I think it's better for you to try it first at the nearest Nokia Center.
p/s: Just to let you know that there's still no whatsapp yet. So make sure to study the apps available first before you buy N9 smile.gif

QUOTE(Andy214 @ Jan 27 2012, 12:54 PM)
Depends what app and how many apps.

Processor is not really the main issue, it's the RAM; This unit have 1GB of Ram.
In fact, it handles the apps very well considering it's true multi-tasking while others are using app-switching and facing lagging issue.

In the end, it's more on how the user use the device... just like your computer.
But for iOS, it controls and restrict the user, thus limiting what the user can do, so less problems.
You want freedom and power, you need to know how to control and take responsibility.
*
A very well explanation Andy smile.gif
