-For monitors I'm not sure, I think you have to buy a DVI-HDMI adapter to connect to a monitor, maybe some other more experienced member can comment on this.

Im going uni in mid 2012. so ill wait and see if a newer mba will come out. if it does ill get it for sure.

any idea if this adapter is still available in any of the Apple resellers? cause I can't seem to find it on the online Apple Store...

not really in hurry, just that thinking to get one since i wanted a personal laptop to do personal stuffs like downloading stuffs, watching movie, surfing and playing some rounds of dota. would want to play diablo 3 with it too once it's out for sale.
now just thinking if there would be a new mba, would it come with usb3.0 coz now thunderbolt external hdd are not that universal plug and play and they are really expensive.

Hi guys , i been using laptop with so many year , dunno why feel that it getting slow & slow by day , never have such problem with desktop but facing with laptop , like after a year using , the processor macam drop become pentium 2 only =.=" , not as smooth as the first day purchase this laptop

so my question , will macbook pro facing this problem? Because i wish it can last for maybe 2~3 year? Upgrading every year will damage my pocket =(  Or funding for an iMac will be a good choice? hehe

tq XiuKeong , my gf also advice me for iMac , since it have better spec , she saying that even went for travel also lazy to bring any laptop ,  because stil need to carry DSLR , Tripod along  quite heavy if adding 1 more device in my backpack

i see dead people red color light coming from the earphone hole from the MBP. Is that normal?

which aren't accurate enough for professional software users who needs colour accuracy and a high colour gamut level. which is why it's funny when some opt for the HIGH RES MATTED options on their machines just for the sake of getting all the bells and whistles rather than necessity then go "ahmagawd the colours are horribal". a higher colour gamut and accuracy running on stock rgb would fool our eyes. seeing blue as magenta for instance.

Hi everyone! i got my macbook pro 13' today =). However, i have a question here.

When i charge my macbook, and lightly touch or move my hand across the surface of the palm rest or the aluminum lid, i can hear the 'ting ling' sound like current flow. Is there any people experience this before? or is that normal? =/

i use my macbook in my room, with the open window. then, when the sun is bright, my screen display is turn bright. then when the cloud covering the sun make it dark a bit im my room, then the screen turn dim by it own. even i have setting the preference brightness. why ah? 

edit: ok. just google up. it is because of ambience light. phew. so smart. love it. 

btw, im surfing and my temperature rate is 55-60. is it normal? using core2duo proc. [i heard this proc is known coz the heat produce. dont know true or not]

if bootcamp need to buy win7 original disc right? got a guy sell win7 home premium--COA+DVD setup installer+postage(foc)=rm140 at trade zone. i think its very cheap . or is it normal price?

have read reviews and see photographs of screen with and without it.

now still not sure should i buy it or not. hrm...
the glare is a bit annoying. but other than that the screen looks great.

may i ask, most ppl here having macbook pro or air, do u all get irritated by the screen glossiness?
