lol in novel they find the excalibur. Not like the anime.

kirito just call the excalibur. But this anime is still good.

I found the fighting scene with the boss kinda sux from sao to alo.

The best part is when they fight the monster boss.

they didnt do the quest to get excalibur until vol8. yes the anime skipped the part that they discovered the excalibur

the summon of excalibur is just like in the novel, no difference there

no, wrong. they accidentally trigger the event to find Excalibur but Kirito decide to skip it cause he want to save Asuna 1st. (if Kirito die when obtaining Excalibur, he had to start all over again from the previous save point)

Actually Suguo tried summon Excalibur 1st, but his rank already down as normal player. Then Kirito summon Excalibur for Sugou.




The part when Kirito really obtain Excalibur fair and square is after GGO.

that the OVA...something like a collaboration between the 2 anime...(well same author was it?)
