Hi all, today I been to sales room and interest to place booking for koi suit so is it good choice buying this project as I am think for own stay... while the price is consider my budget. After today surveying the area where is got many low cost apartment and still not very convenient... based on this project, I just see the price and lrt for pros...

If to your interpretation the lrt is a pro for this project, how about Aurora by the same developer? Walking distance to a lrt station.

Cause the budget still affordable around 430k net price for koi suits... aurora like expensive than koi suits and really prefer built around the lake...

If you really interested with this project better quickly go for booking as today I see not more than 12 unit available d.

This place jalan banyak lubang sana sini, near to industrial where got lorries everywhere, near low cost too, and far from amenities. What is the selling point here?

Shoukd b elite, kesas very far away. No developers willing to fork out money

Today already can reach Elite or SKVE of BSP via a small road...
Also, can use Jalan Jurutera to reach LDP (a detour at the middle)....

Kampung road?

The Jln Jurutera is a kpg road but it takes you to the destination... Sometimes avoid traffic...
The small road to BSP is a highway side road towards citi link office then taman road towards BSP...

Tht small road got lots of pot holes dangerous to drive during raining days

Raining day is commonly risky to driving anywhere also...
Extra careful needs to be there....
If one is familiar using a road, then he/she should be aware of where holes (or edges or uneven patches or poles) are....

Alternatively, during raining days, choose other roads...

the nearby lrt, which initially proposed and its a selling point of koi prima.

until now, u can see there is a KIV in between putra height and puching prima. wonder when there update for this.

Any proposed LRT station is just marketing gimmick.
The SP30 Kg Sri Aman station is a future proposal since the start.
Hope to hear any materialized status/news.

Some possible scenario assessment
Scenario 1:
Based on the current LRT track and pillars, if the SP30 is to be located along the track, it is not that close to Koi site.
So, driving is still required. Might as well drive additional kms to nearest SP29 station...

Scenario 2:
If the SP30 is to really located near Koi site. Then additional cost to build more pillars and track is required. Is this feasible?

Scenario 3:
Remain as future proposal. No need to commit any date.

So, which scenario do you think is the most possible outcome?

may ask is koi prima land is made from solid ground or abandon lake where they fill in then became the land
