Was using image to restore the Windows, but seems like the SSD don't like it, so format the normal way..

Last time trying to install Windows 8 Preview, but seems like the ISO I got is corrupt, cannot proceed, then lazy to format and resetup everything, I use the image to restore..

The external SSD, most likely he format to HFS+, which Windows would need 3rd party software to read it..

Can you replicate the BSOD ?
Try run BlueScreenView to check which file cause the BSOD..

If can get it, the Crucial M4/Intel 510..
If want cheap cheap, OEM Intel X25-M 160GB..

X25-M is SATA2 drive, and quite old, the OEM mostly don't have/short warranty
Intel 510 is expensive laugh.gif
