y my microsoft security essential always show unprotected & wan me to manual scan??? it wont auto scan de??

try update it again. Cat 11.8 driver version should be 8.880.x.x not 8.830.x.x

i'm not sure about MSE.. lastime i used it didn't behave like that.

It's automatic.

Btw, I just tried optimizing boot speed according to the guide, and met with a "gave up waiting for prefetch data" after the first few runs, any ideas why?

what is your driver version? how u check for update?

^ Uninstall everything, use DriverSweeper to remove AMD display files and reinstall back the display drivers. =x

1. u got HP AMD driver? if not download here.

2. download DNA 11.8.3 here.

3. download and install driver sweeper if u don't have it yet in your system.

4. then follow these steps on how to remove and install.

5. never update display driver thru windows update anymore.
