between F.1a and F.1b the only diff is the intel anti theft feature fix. I'm still on F.1a. Dun think it's really important to update...

^ i think it set your power plan for performance which is needed to do the windows rating...I had problem running windows rating previously as I messed with the default power plans. After i restored them, no problem in running the windows ratings.
