Lelong sure have a hard time to refund us.
Lelong one of the BIGGEST online trade and have a visits about 100k per day.
From the information i have, Lelong bear the lost themself.
Give them a time. Im sure they dont want to have a bad color.

You may claim your money too. Refer page 1 for guideline.

Kindly initiate your claim now.

Refer guideline at page 1.

Im not sure if your money will be fully refund or not.
Hopefully it may reduce the burden we had.
Its good to have than nothing.


Important notes:
Maximum RM1000 per item for each transaction.
Number of item may be limited.

But do your best. Lelong bear the cost itself
to refund us all. Please be patience.

Of 4 there around 10a.m., only 1 appear in Subang Police station. He was making report when i met him there. Confirm that 3 ppl from lelong oredi given statement there.

you may send it through mail.

I fill all the required information, take a picture of my signature then send back to them.
