to all,
Those havent got back your money, report to Consumer tribunal fast. Only by huge number of complain, consumer tribunal will have to react faster to resolve it with lelong. Once fill your complain please paste your complain number on top. Dont let lelong take their sweet time and responsiblility. |

There is a limit of filling one claim per month with a lifetime of three claims per buyer.
All lifetime 3 claims are refer to transaction involving 3 different and unrelated sellers. can someone tell me, there are some additional and changes of term was add after qiling case. anyone remember the original terms and conditions before the changes? Thanks Added on March 14, 2012, 3:26 pmAll lifetime 3 claims are refer to transaction involving 3 different and unrelated sellers. (this one is an add on after the problem arises.) There is a limit of filling one claim per month with a lifetime of three claims per buyer. (this one if i know in the past there is no mention on limit per month) If my memory serve me right, it shows we can only claim three times only but no restriction on per month or number of seller. can someone confirm with me on that. It will be better someone can give me a screenshot of the past. This post has been edited by smartdragon: Mar 14 2012, 03:26 PM |

hi all,
referring to this forum http://forum.lelong.com.my/bbs/thread-28311-1-1.html anyone and idea is that case, and compensate? if not solve, and involve same ic registeration of the same guy under the two different id seller under lelong, we will have a big case on lelong for negligent to ensure the seller are default free, Officially they should cross check first. so why a person who have being report before can still trade in lelong and under a BPP status. This means lelong is wrong for not checking. This will overule all their limited liability as in BPP policy. Because we can complain lelong cheat and cohort with the seller. This is more than enough to make tribunal complain for clearly showing lelong DID NOT put their FULL EFFORT to avoid possible fraud. |

QUOTE(smartdragon @ Mar 26 2012, 08:06 PM) hi all, someone mentioned bout this case previously, think most of us already did what we could do, i.e. lodge police report, claiming back from BPP, etc etc...referring to this forum http://forum.lelong.com.my/bbs/thread-28311-1-1.html anyone and idea is that case, and compensate? if not solve, and involve same ic registeration of the same guy under the two different id seller under lelong, we will have a big case on lelong for negligent to ensure the seller are default free, Officially they should cross check first. so why a person who have being report before can still trade in lelong and under a BPP status. This is more than enough to make tribunal complain for clearly showing lelong DID NOT put their FULL EFFORT to avoid possible fraud. i agree that lelong has not been very responsible when it comes to seller monitoring, but, my ultimate hope is that our police can do something, and qiling get jailed! despite 100++ police reports lodged, what do we get? |

Hi
Sorry for the late reply as we are rechecking your claims. We noticed that the Lelong.my account details such as the MyKad number is different from the police report and the BPP claim form. We will not be able to proceed for the claim as both the details is not the same. Sorry for the inconveniences. i receive this email. this email its after i ask only their reply. I think Their really F*CK OFF lah... |
