but too bad... after many tries, still error 3200

read some other source from forum, they said is apple server overloaded causes the error 3200, dont know how true it was
*
Quite true if the authentication server cannot sign the update because it overloaded. Only thing to do is wait till tomorrow.

error 3002

Detailed instructions:

1. Open Terminal, then type the following:

Code:

sudo nano /etc/hosts

2. Find this line in your hosts file and delete it:

Code:

74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com

3. Alternatively, If you want to preserve the line, you can place a '#' at the start of the line to ignore it, so it looks like this:

Code:

#74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com

4. Press control+o and hit enter to save.

5. Try your update again.

That's for Mac, just use notepad.exe. Your hosts file is Windows/System32/drivers/etc/hosts or something like that.

And remember to flush your cache after the edit.

Again, this is for 3002 not 3200.

Open notepad with Administrative right, then open file "C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts" (no extension), edit the file in notepad and save.

Run notepad.exe as Admin and then use it to open the hosts file.

On a Mac, it's:

CODE
##
# Host Database
#
# localhost is used to configure the loopback interface
# when the system is booting.  Do not change this entry.
##
127.0.0.1       localhost
255.255.255.255 broadcasthost
::1             localhost
fe80::1%lo0     localhost

In XP, it's:

CODE
# Copyright (c) 1993-1999 Microsoft Corp.
#
# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
#
# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
# be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
# The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
# space.
#
# Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
# lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
#
# For example:
#
#      102.54.94.97     rhino.acme.com          # source server
#       38.25.63.10     x.acme.com              # x client host

127.0.0.1       localhost
