QUOTE(muizz @ Nov 16 2011, 09:24 AM) currently i`m using 4.3.5 untethered jailbreak on ip4.. my question is, how to update to ios5... trying to update with itunes.. but error.. someone pls help me... ^^ Are you sure you're untethered jailbreak on 4.3.5?As far as I know there is no untethered for 4.3.5 for now. If update to 5.0.1, just hit update and wait. http://www.redmondpie.com/download-5.0.1-i...l-direct-links/ Check if your host file (C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\) is modified. If found any entries which points gs.apple.com to another address, remove the entries and try again in iTunes. 5.0 is not available anymore. This is normal. If you did not reset/restart the device for long time, the battery reading might be out of calibration with a few percent of differences. QUOTE(ang3llonz @ Nov 17 2011, 10:00 AM) If you need Unlock, DON'T UPGRADE.If you don't need/care Jailbreak, you can upgrade to iOS 5.0.1 if you like. You might as well sit back and wait a while more, since quite a number of people still facing problem in iOS 5.0.1 i.e. battery issue etc. For me 4.3.3 is stable and good enough, it all just depends on how much you wish to try out the new iOS 5. QUOTE(ang3llonz @ Nov 17 2011, 10:16 AM) You can only upgrade to iOS 5.0.1 now. Not 5.0.Download the 5.0.1 firmware then Shift+Restore through iTunes 10.5 or higher. Make sure your host file is not modified i.e. no entry pointing the iTunes verification to saurik's server. The upgrade should take less than 30 minutes to complete.
