I afraid not so simple only...later acc shop don't know how to rectify but act as if they know, lagi teruk.
I read in 8gcc forum, maybe need to replace the whole gear panel, because maybe the bulb itself burned already.

So see anybody else here encounter such similar problems or not lo..

Hi,

Any owner of Civic FD1 facing problem with their VSA that lights up sometimes? Replaced new battery. Been to HM SC and was told that it is due to faulty Yaw Sensor. Cost around 2k to replace.... sad.gif

Anyone who has similar problem managed to resolve this?

helloes there, how does one join this club? after much debate, i decided to keep my old '93 Civic EG9 16BA MT, and try to restore/revive it back to optimum condition.

everything in there is original, so when i had to change the suspensions for the first time yesterday, the mechanics were stunned the car was still moving with so much broken parts. since i wasn't sure what needed to be replaced, i only had minimum work done eg: absorbers, suspension arms, p/s covers.... whatever there are tongue.gif

i'm a NOOB in car knowledge, so i'd appreciate if anyone would be able to recommend me to a mechanic/enthusiast car restorer for my old beat up Civic

many thanks in advance smile.gif

EG is my all time favourite, this babe never fails me and up to today I still like it. You may try SIXTHGEAR Garage as the owner brother is using B18C.

the leak is pretty common in VTECs... can be fixed...

price is alright.. though id ty to get it for 20-21 considering mostly stock
hardrace (if they have one for FD la)

ooooooooooh.... really?! shocking.gif and my B16A has been leaking for many years now, even though has been sent to mechanic to repair, he just said, just keep topping up motor oil. would you be able to recommend a good mechanic who would be able to repair my leaks?

hmm.... i was going to sell my EG9 for 10k, but now i see it's worth a lot more, i'll keep instead of trading it for a new car blush.gif

Yes, my main concern is the road noise, although i'm using PS3 tires (At least better than PP2), but still the road roar is quite loud, almost have to shout inside the car to chat when cruising at 120KM and above. The Radio volume is almost nothing at that speed tongue.gif (I have changed the head unit, that's y no sensitivity control)

So is sound proof all the floor and door panel help ? or i have to change to 16" rim ?
Some said after sound proof the floor and door, then come another problem -> wind noise

Install a car immobiliser in which the system needs to detect the access card before it can start. This also acts as a deterrent to car jacking, theft, etc.
