Phase 1 haven't start construction yet. All the show unit at Phase 2.

Actually the door is in Orange color instead of Red.

Is not lubang, it a glass window. For safety you should put grill on it.
Need more money to cover all the big window and lubang before moving in.

I'm still doing survey around Rawang area...3 choice left 1) Mahsing M -Residence 2) Botania , Saujana Rawang 3.) Park Home
Anyway only Mahsing one is Freehold.

Botania and Saujana Rawang design is good!!!  Price is cheap also.... i like this..  but it's leasehold.

Hi Kelvin, Frankly speaking. i know Freehold is more valuable however if for own stay i think more important is the house's design and let us feel comfortable to stay in.
Leasehold for 99 years just let our next generation to think about it.
If the price is almost the same, Leasehold one is corner house and location more convenience, i will go for leasehold.
Anyway I will visit the show unit first then only decide between the M residence or other better choice.

(1) M-residence near LATAR highway.

However, just like other owner here.. we are waiting the show unit and comment more... so Mahsing, please do your best and don't let us disappointed else you will lost a lot of potential buyers.... =)

I just pass by the guard house in front the show unit today, i have asked the guard when the show unit open? He asked me to come tomorrow, mean the show unit is open to public on 1st Sep 2012 (Saturday)[COLOR=red]!!!
Good news for those have been long waiting.

After view the show unit, i feel that the house not worth for the price tag 618k.
I can get the Zero lot bungalow at Saujana Rawang, Glomac just add about 130k to 150k even taught it is leasehold compare with M residence (Freehold)
Anyway i more emphasize the comfortable and spacious of the house.

680k terrace house (intermediate lot) 22 x 75'
750k bungalow with 20' land... 45 x 80'
Both Gated and Guarded
Only thing not good is leasehold...should no issue because individual title with 99 years
I will go bungalow if loan approved..wish me good luck..if rejected than only go back to M residence

You can enter Latar via access road from Tasik Puteri to Kundang anytime now..no need to wait till end of year...
From Kundang to PJ during peak hours about 45 min to 60 min.
