QUOTE(kelvin2080 @ Aug 12 2012, 12:30 AM) Frankly Speaking, Free hold property are more valuable, that is why i choose M-residence.. Hope that Mahsing dun let us disappointed on this.... Hi Kelvin, Frankly speaking. i know Freehold is more valuable however if for own stay i think more important is the house's design and let us feel comfortable to stay in.Else i can tell you their Image will SPOIL.... Botania and Saujana Rawang design is good!!! Price is cheap also.... i like this.. but it's leasehold. Leasehold for 99 years just let our next generation to think about it. If the price is almost the same, Leasehold one is corner house and location more convenience, i will go for leasehold. Anyway I will visit the show unit first then only decide between the M residence or other better choice. |

QUOTE(kelvin2080 @ Aug 12 2012, 10:03 AM) Agreed (For own stay, leasehold is Okay).... my advice, for resell , freehold got resell value.. Progress at main grand entrance for sharing. Although i don't like M-residence design, but M-residence concept is good. please read below point. (1) M-residence near LATAR highway. (2) M-residence will have commercial center soon (e.g: Giant/ care four hypermarket, shop lot and etc) (3) M-residence is G&G and got grand entrance, full of facilities (swimming pool, jogging track and etc) (4) M-residence 2 (all semi-D) will launch after M-residence 1 are completed. (5) M-residence just beside the Lake side.. (Near to golf area).. good environment. However, just like other owner here.. we are waiting the show unit and comment more... so Mahsing, please do your best and don't let us disappointed else you will lost a lot of potential buyers.... =) Looking good. |

After view the show unit, i feel that the house not worth for the price tag 618k.
I can get the Zero lot bungalow at Saujana Rawang, Glomac just add about 130k to 150k even taught it is leasehold compare with M residence (Freehold) Anyway i more emphasize the comfortable and spacious of the house. |
