The Zara 0-Lot leasehold bungalow project in Saujana Rawang has a GDV of RM130 million and comprises 141 units that are expected to be completed in November 2013. So far, 80% of Phase One has been taken up. The 45ft by 80ft units are priced from RM776,542.

Zara Phase 2 launch last weekend..Price increased 80k compare with phase 1 (828k after 10% rebate)...Heard from Sales Agent launched 26 unit and 16 already sold. Rawang 's property still hot selling.

hi i am kianzhi here...i am one interesting to buy at zara, i went to sale office today,the sale girl offering me a corner unit at zara phase1, after discount price at rm868,888 for corner unit! can i know what is the early price ? izit expensive?...pls share urs opinion to me tqvm....

Should not much different....Phase 1 intermediate sold at RM748,888 after rebate.

hi..thanks for sharing to me! i still waiting for the confirmation from the sale girls...if the corner unit still available for sale ! i will pay booking fee !...can i know urs buy for own stay or for invest? for zara i mean... izit good for investment...this is my second house i wanna to buy accutally.

From my point of view, this property is good for both own stay or investment.
For own stay, it is a spacious property with extra land at privacy location. Low density can let you stay with peace of mind. If for investment , look at property at Rawang is booming now, this price still consider reasonable compare with other property around this area as some semi d already sold at 900k to million or above. So far this is the only zero lot bungalow at Rawang. Expected other developer to launch this soon with price million and above.
