Anybody checked with TM when will the internet connection be set up in MR? My tenant asked for a lower rent since no streamyx..

I'm in Phase 1...now tenanted at RM900 pm. my tenant i a young engineer thus internet is very important for her work

That's what i thought.. will let it rented out at that rate for the first year or so untill we have better occupancy in Phase 1. My unit also quite high slope. My neighbour take his own initiative to lay down extra layer of tarmac...his said no more scrubbing now
