just a thought..with Phase 2 and 3 having so much problems with the showhouse.. how about the Phase 1 buyers? they've not seen their units ..and they will never have an opportunity to give feedbacks before letting MS build the entire Phase 1 stretch of houses... hmm..?

anything <RM400k for MR1 Phase 1 is probably 1.5 yrs ago during its initial launch (bumi price)
