2) Cub house and facilities
3) G&G or F&G and price pay per month for maintenance fee
4) Freehold vs Lease hold
5) Environment
6) Capacity / number of lots
7) Developer reputation
8) Price per square feet
a) Compare MR with other new Freehold Semi-D property within Rawang on price per square feet
b) Compare Zara on other new leasehold property within Rawang on price per square feet on zero lot bungalow / Semi-D
c) Compare a) and b) different and check if both within your budget
9) Check with your relative / friend who owned the property in Rawang area.
