I agreed on MS so far have been able to deliver their products according to design. However something i feel that there over-promise of their project in terms of ROI e.g Southgate and exorbitant pricing..read the star sunday, icon PJ already sold more than 1k/psf... sweat.gif i wonder whoever that paid that, must have great vision in his life... flex.gif

U r partly right, of course if u got bullet u can get the best prop at best location but hse owner wanabe requirement has change in recent years due to all the prices hike..imho i believe location like rawang, bangi landed properties hv high potential in near future..

Lowyat group will spent rm100 million to build interchange at bdr tasik puteri to latar highway..expected complete by 3rd quarter 2015. Good news for M-residence buyer!!!
